We didn’t launch to an empty room.
Most apps go live and wait for supply to trickle in. Munich’s entire nightlife was already inside Venued on day one, every concert, club night, market and meetup, collected automatically. Then the people came.

Under the hood
It looks simple.

Behind a clean app sits real engineering: a graph-neural-network recommender we built and train ourselves, a tool that collects a whole city’s events off the open web on its own, and a full ticketing and door stack. Seven products, one system, built in-house by three people.
