There, Schafroth encounters Starnberger dentist's children in SUVs, Münchner educated bourgeoisie in mustard-yellow corduroy trousers, and hip scene couples with wood-look glasses. From BayWa Ottobeuren to the Manufactum rubber boot shelf at Münchner Marienhof, Maxi Schafroth brings us closer to the versatility of the largest federal state by area. In developing his new program, he spared no effort and no risk. He ventured into quite precarious situations, including corporate espionage at a major bank, a three-day internship at a Schwabinger KiTa, and participation in the seminar Breath Therapy for Executives. From this biographical crossover, Maxi Schafroth creates stunning cabaret, always underscored by the rattling charm of his Allgäuer accent.
