Munich Hardbop Sextett Live

The Munich Hardbop Sextett revives the exciting sound of hard bop jazz, featuring a three-part horn section with trumpet, tenor saxophone, and trombone. Their program includes original arrangements from Art Blakey's Jazz Messengers, touching on the era of Art Farmer and Benny Golson, as well as contemporary pieces by John Fedchock. The ensemble, formed in 2021, comprises six musicians from Munich and Rosenheim.
