Oven-baked sweet potato served on a bed of creamy beetroot hummus, filled with tabbouleh salad, baba ghanoush, roasted chickpeas, and olive tapenade, finished with pomegranate seeds.

Chicken Shish
Chicken breast skewers marinated in saffron yogurt, served with walnut and pomegranate-based Fesenjan sauce, tomato-coriander sauce, and plain basmati rice.

Two skewers of minced lamb and beef kebab, served with grilled corn on the cob, tomato-coriander sauce, and plain basmati rice.
