Getting started
Create your account, set up your business and get it ready to publish. About ten minutes.
Two accounts: you and your business
- Your account is you: your name and your email. You use it to sign in.
- Your business account is what customers see: the name, the logo, the events and the payouts. One person can work for several business accounts.
A business account is one of three kinds: an Event organiser, a Venue or a Professional. The kind decides what you see in Studio.
Create your account
Go to studio.venued.eu. Under New to Venued?, click Create an account.
Type your own name, your business name and your email. We email you a 6-digit code. Enter it, and your account is ready.
Choose what you run
Studio asks What do you run? Pick one:
- Event organiser: you host events, sell tickets or take RSVPs.
- Venue: you have a space that organisers can book.
- Professional: you offer a service, like DJing, catering or photography.
Then fill in the short form for your business. If you were invited to a team, that business is already in your list. Pick it instead.
Add your business phone number
You can make drafts straight away. To publish an event, your business needs a verified phone number.
In Studio, open Business Settings, then Account. Click Add a phone number. Type the number in international format, for example +491701234567. Click Send code, enter the 6-digit code from the text message and click Verify.
Make your first event
Open Events and click Add event. Events walks you through it.
Signing in next time
Type your email and click Continue. We email you a new code. You can also use Continue with Google, Continue with Apple or a passkey (your fingerprint or face), once you have added one.
Switching between businesses
If you work for more than one business, click your name at the bottom of the menu on the left. Then click Switch business account and pick the one you want. You stay signed in as yourself.
