Claim your profile

You may already have a profile on Venued. Claim it to make it yours.

Find your profile

Open your profile on venued.eu. Click Claim this profile.

Enter your name and email. We send you a 6-digit code. Type it in.

Send your claim

Click Claim with your name. The profile is yours straight away. An automatic check confirms the claim again within a day.

Your profile page

In Studio, open Business page. You see your page as visitors see it. Click any part to change it:

  • your name, the line under it and your About text
  • your logo and banner
  • your city and how far you travel
  • your website, Instagram and other links
  • your portfolio: photos, videos and links to your work

Click the line above your name to set your Primary service, Services offered and Occasions you work. Pick no occasions and you show up for all of them.

Your contact email and phone are not shown on the page. Under Show these on your public profile, pick which ways to reach you visitors can see.

Click Save profile when you are done. To appear in the professionals directory, switch on Show my public profile on the marketplace next to it.

Add your services

A service is something an organiser can book from you, such as a DJ set or a photo package.

Create it

In Studio, open Services. Click New service and fill it in.

Publish it

Click Publish. It now shows on your page. You can Pause, Edit, Duplicate or Archive it at any time.

Keep Organisers can ask to book you on to receive requests. Turn it off if you only want to show your work. Below your services is your Calendar. Click Block date for days you are not free.

An organiser can put you on their event page, with your name and a link to your profile. You get a message in your Inbox when they do.

By default, you show on their page straight away. In your Inbox you can click Confirm or Decline. Later, you can click Remove me from this event.

Want to approve each one first?

In Studio, open Business Settings, then Account. Switch off Organisers may add you to their events directly. Now each one waits in your Inbox until you confirm it.

Answer requests

Booking requests arrive in Inbox. Open one to see what the organiser is planning. Write a message and click Send, click Send an offer to send a price, or click Decline. Requests from the form on your own website land here too (see Venued on your own website).
